You are entitled to refund at any stage less 30% of amount paid and subject to onward sale of the property. In a case of default on monthly subscription, there is a grace period of two months. From the third month, there is a penalty of 0.002% of the cost of the house on monthly basis.

Each customer is responsible for the registration of his or her survey. We can link you up with a Surveyor if you so desire.
