Dare is an industry veteran with over 10 years of management and project financing experience. He served as an Ag, Head of Accounts, Purchasing Manager, Branch Manager and Regional Manager of Propertymart Real Estate Investment Limited, a subsidiary of Palton Morgan Holdings. He progressed to the senior management roles within the group including Mitcheruti Contractors, among others.

Dare’s track record of successful project implementations demonstrate his functional expertise in achieving strong results spanning both operations, business development and construction. While overseeing Propertymart Abuja branch, Dare directly supervised and implemented multiple project constructions worth over 16 million dollars. He specializes in project delivery, project & programme management, operational risk management.

Dare obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State, Nigeria. He is an alumnus of Senior Management Programme of the prestigious Lagos Business School. He has also attended executive trainings in Leadership and Management around the world.

Alani is a financial analyst with practicing experience as a private equity analyst in the United States. He has over 8 years’ industry experience within the financial sector.

Alani holds a MSc. Degree in International Financial Management from the Queen Mary, University of London, United Kingdom. He is also a graduate of Ogun State University, Nigeria, with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations. Alani is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and currently a level 2 candidate in the Chattered Financial Analyst (CFA) programme. Alani has extensive international experience having worked with companies in Nigeria, Ethiopia, United Kingdom and the United States, Including United Nations and had various volunteering roles with the World Bank Group.

Alani’s passion for entrepreneurship, identifying and driving business and financial solutions that have lasting impact on Africa’s development, led him to the Real Estate Sector. Providing building designs solutions, quality craftsmanship and construction, innovation and affordability to clients across Africa, beginning with Nigeria as the premier economy in Africa.

Ade is a specialist in the field of corporate governance, tax and regulatory compliance, Project and risk management. He is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He is also a certified member of both the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Ade is currently the Deputy Vice President of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, President of the Chartered Accountants Cooperative Multipurpose Society Limited and Council member of the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria.

Ade started his career with the Office of the Auditor General for the Federation (1984-1993) and thereafter proceeded to Adetona Isiche and Co. (Chartered Accountants) from 1993-1993 and after merger with the firm of Akintola Williams became Akintola Williams Deloitte (from 1999 -2002). He went into private practice in 2002 and is the pioneer Chief Executive Officer of Adesina Adedayo and Co. (Chartered Accountants) and AIA Professional Services Limited, a multidisciplinary professional service firm.

Ade is a member of the IBB Golf and Country Club, Abuja and Rotary Club of Onigbongbo (District 9110 Nigeria).
